So Many Diets!
There’s a cookie diet, orange diet, pineapple diet, cranberry and grapefruit diet, oatmeal diet, coconut diet, banana diet, apple cider vinegar diet, liquid protein diet, the WU-Yi diet, blood type diet, detox diets, green vegetable only diet, an all meat diet and, can you believe….a Ballerina diet!
Count in all the fruits you can think of and attach the word diet. Wu-Yi by the way is a kind of Asian tea. The liquid protein diet needs a prescription. So many, so complicated, so questionable. Do all these diets really work? Personally, I would stick to a simple diet plan that probably works best.
