What is House Flip?
House Flip is an investment strategy where the buyer of the house purchases it with an intention to resell it for a profit . The buyer earns profit as a result of the appreciation of the property or due to demand for the property in the market and also due to some renovations and capital improvements done to the house. But, there is always a risk of bad housing markets resulting in depreciation of the property because of which the buyer may incur loss in the deal. To prevent this, the buyer should use a strategy which is slightly different. He can buy a house with a moderate price and wait for the market to go up and then resell it or buy a moderately priced property and renovate it to flip it for a profit.
