Flowers always cheer a girl up
This morning, I got to chat with an old friend from high school. It should’ve been a happy reunion (we haven’t spoken in three years), but I found out that her long-time boyfriend cheated on her and stole from her bank account. I wanted to do something to make her feel better, but I was stuck at my desk at the office! Then I remembered coming across some lists of Online Florists on the Web the other day. I pulled the lists up again, ordered a dozen yellow daisies, and arranged to have them delivered to my friend’s office. She had the flowers in her arms by lunchtime! She sent me a photo of her holding the flowers, and I’m glad that I got to cheer her up that day.
