Very Comprehensive Training
I was recently offered a position at a manufacturing plant as an mechanical engineer. My job will consist of me being in charge of employees that maintain the vast amount of equipment and machinery that is used daily in the manufacturing process. Upon accepting the position I had to take some maintenance training that was provided by the company. The training that they provided was very comprehensive and offered a lot of insight into the way they handle their particular machine components. I know that if I had not taken the training I would not be able to do my job nearly as well.
